Artist Statement:. "Most of my work reflects my passion for landscapes and scenery working with oil on canvas. I do venture out of my norm and paint other styles with various mediums and techniques. But my love is oil on canvas. Living on the water in Carrabelle, FL (the Forgotten Coast), I am able to view the most gorgeous sunrises and sunsets across the Gulf that God has created, they are ever inspiring and I try to represent them in my paintings. Having an abundance of swamps in the north Florida Panhandle, I am afforded ample opportunities to showcase some of the natural surroundings this area has to offer."
